2. Sleep well
It’s very important for the body to get enough rest and rejuvenate. As a matter of fact the body also grows and rebuilds during sleep. Learn to balance your work life routine so that you rest enough. You ain’t no machine after all.
3. Eat well:
Having a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables and meats is ideal for proper care. We are housed by our bodies which need nourishment to keep functioning. Good food keep your body functioning well, prevents and bolsters immunity against diseases, gives you energy to do things you gotta do and also boosts your brain power.
